What is the process of terminating lessons?You must let the tutor know a month in advance.

What happens if the tutors are unavailable to attend the lesson?If tutors are unavailable to attend a lesson, you will be notified and either a rearranged lesson will be made at a mutually convenient time for the student and the tutor, or a replacement tutor will be arranged. This will be communicated via Whatsapp.

What happens if my child cannot attend the lesson on the day?There is the option to reschedule within the notice period, 48hr cancellation policy for cancellation and refund. As a parent/guardian, do we have visibility on what our child is learning and their progress?You are free to send a message to Karina who regularly monitors students progress, if there is anything to work on she will get in touch with you.

How regular are the lessons?The number of lessons per week are dependable on your preferences, but the minimum requirement is 1 lesson per week. The times and days will be set and agreed between the parent/ student and tutors.

How do I book and pay for a lesson?You can book a lesson by simply heading over to our form. Please make sure to mention which subject and academic level you wish to book for, as well as the type of tutoring package and what date you would like to start. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash.

What types of students do you cater to (e.g. special needs, advanced learners)?We cater to all children including those that are part of SEND and we personalise the experience for each child to cater to their needs. We also cater to adults who want to re-skill and take their GCSEs again, anyone that needs support within learning, we cater for.

How do you monitor the progress of the students?Classwork and homework are all monitored and recorded onto our system. We also monitor students' understanding through their engagement and participation in the lesson. An end of unit test is provided for some subjects which allows us to assess student’s understanding of the topic and identify the key areas to focus on.
